What is the Design Vault?
The Design Vault is Noel Customs' collection of ready-to-order designs that you can select for eligible products and transfers.
How do I order a Design Vault design?
Browse the Design Vault, select a design you love, choose the available product and customization options, and add it to your cart.
Can I customize or personalize a design?
Yes! Many designs can be customized. Take note of the design number and use the Make It Yours form to request changes.
What does the gray box on a design mean?
A gray box indicates that built-in personalization options are already available. Check the regular ordering link first.
Can I change the colors of a design?
Many designs can be adjusted. Check the available color options or submit a customization request.
Can I order a design on a different product?
Depending on the design and production method, other products may be available through a customization request.
Are Design Vault designs available as transfers?
Eligible designs are available as transfers. Check the product listing for available options.
What is the difference between ordering a transfer and clothing?
A transfer is the design only, ready to apply to a compatible item. Clothing orders include the garment with the design applied.
How do I choose the correct design color?
For transfers, select the actual graphic color. For clothing, select the background color shown in the preview, which represents the garment color. Exact garment shades may vary slightly.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Typical production turnaround is approximately seven business days after payment and design approval, excluding shipping time.
Can I order multiple items with the same design?
Yes! You can order multiple eligible products with the same design, subject to available options.
